1991 Was licensed and duly "Certified" to transact business as a Real Estate Residential Appraiser by the State of New York with Certificate #45000001142.
1990 Attended and successfully completed the "102 Course" of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (Applied Residential Property Valuation) held in Hershey, PA., February 11-17, 1990.
